Forbidden Forest

Info: 2D Computer Animation Production work for 2nd year at Teesside University.

This was the big thing that took up a LOT of my time last year. The point of the module was to get us to create a 30 second short from start to finish, as well as get comfy with using ToonBoom. This included storyboards, background painting, everything. It was alot of work.

Unsubstantiated whinging: There's a lot I don't like about this. The characters are pretty unoriginal; the animation is more technical than anything, as they look like they're just going through motions rather than thinking; it feels incredibly rushed due to me wanting to show a lot and only having 30 seconds; blah blah. I could go on for ages about how I don't like it, but I'm still proud. It was a lot of work, backgrounds took forever, as did cleanup animation, but it's pretty satisfying to see it and know I made it.

Buut yeah. Time for third year! And hellooo film gallery!
